Edinburgh Zoo

Set in 82 acres of sloping parkland, the Zoo is situated three miles to the west of Edinburgh city centre and is just a short walk for our apartments. It is famous for its Penguin Parade and should not be missed. We also have two beautiful giant Panda and the Zoo are hoping they will breed. There are so many things to see so make sure you can spent a good few hours there.

Edinburgh Zoo is owned by The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS). The Society was founded in March 1909, and the Zoo opened in July 1913. Visit the Zoo's website for opening hours, open all year except Christmas Day.

Murrayfield Stadium

Forth Road Bridge

The Forth Road Bridge is one of the world's most significant long span suspension bridges. With a main span of 1006 metres between the two towers, it was the fourth longest in the world and the longest outside the United States when it opened in 1964. In total, the structure is over 2.5 km long. A staggering 39,000 tonnes of steel and 125,000 cubic metres of concrete was used in its construction.
